The RoamBook™ name and marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not RoamBook's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits RoamBook.
You may refer to RoamBook by name when writing accurate factual statements about RoamBook products and services, such as in reviews, news articles, or comparisons.
Using the RoamBook name or logo to imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with RoamBook — or in any way that could cause confusion about the source of a product or service.
